Stay Away from People Who Are Always Dragging Themselves Down

Thinking too much, worrying about nothing. Don’t worry about nothing, everything is light as a feather, that’s how you can get rid of your worries.

Life is full of worries, most of which come from thinking too much. The most painful way to live is to let yourself get stuck in self-defeat, tortured by pain. The more you crave success, the less likely you are to succeed.

In fact, what makes us who we are is not how much we think, but how much we do.

There’s nothing to worry about, it’s just people making things up in their heads. Life is short, you can’t afford to be stuck in self-defeat.

Mental Exhaustion Makes You Tired

John came home from work and found that he’d lost ten dollars. It was a small thing, but he kept thinking about it: When did I lose it? Where did I lose it? Why did I lose it? If I hadn’t taken that route, would I have lost it?

John kept dwelling on these questions, and eventually he couldn’t eat or sleep. He was tired and sluggish the next day, which affected his work.

He blew a small problem out of proportion and ended up feeling like he was going to break down. Long-term mental exhaustion can wear a person down.

Embrace life, and life will embrace you. Stay away from life, and life will stay away from you.

Stop mental exhaustion and embrace life.

People who are stuck in self-defeat are always getting caught up in imaginary pain, torturing themselves. When faced with unexpected situations, they always fall into negative emotions, hurting themselves.

Jane loves to cook and was invited to compete in a company-organized food competition. But a sudden severe cold affected her sense of taste, and she unexpectedly lost the competition. She immediately lost confidence, feeling like she had let everyone down. She even doubted her ability to cook.

Her friends comforted her, telling her that it was just a competition and that winning or losing didn’t matter. But she couldn’t shake off the feeling of failure. From that day on, her food posts disappeared from her social media.

Long-term mental exhaustion made Jane feel tired all the time, even affecting her work. Eventually, she resigned from her job.

Mental exhaustion steals a person’s time and energy, making them timid in life. People trapped in their emotions are easily led by pain and lose their reason, ultimately ruining everything. If you want a better life, you must stop mental exhaustion.

Mental exhaustion drains your mental energy, making you physically and mentally exhausted. It tortures you and ruins your life.

Being Too Sensitive Makes You Shrink Back

An artist spent months creating a painting. He wanted everyone to be happy with it. So he hung it in a gallery and asked for feedback. Almost every part of the painting was criticized.

The artist was depressed and lost his confidence in painting, feeling gloomy all day long.

Later, a friend suggested that he ask people to point out what they liked. The same painting, with the parts previously considered flawed, were now praised.

The artist finally realized that caring too much about what others think will only hurt you.

Life is about how you feel, not about what anyone else thinks.

Overly sensitive people always take what others think to heart, letting others’ opinions control their lives. Eventually, they shrink back in the face of others’ opinions.

Your life should be in your own hands, not in the mouths of others.

It’s painful to be overly sensitive in life. The things that make you feel pain may just be imagined, but the pain is real.

Young Mike always feels guilty for hours after someone says something, gives him a look, or does something. Whether at work or in life, Mike is always careful, afraid of upsetting anyone. But in reality, no one notices him.

In life, people who are too sensitive to others are always overly focused on others and ignore themselves. They constantly dwell on the words and actions of others, constantly torturing themselves.

Sometimes, we live a very tired life, not because life is too harsh, but because we are easily influenced by the atmosphere around us and swayed by the emotions of others.

Walking through crowds, overly sensitive people are always distracted by all kinds of sounds from the outside world, eventually trapped in a cage they’ve woven for themselves, afraid to step out.

In fact, we are just a small part of the world. You live for yourself, not many people will care about you.

Let go of your sensitivity and live your own life.

Take Action, Reject Self-Defeat

Yu Minhong fell into a low point after the end of his education and training business. He donated desks, laid off employees, and for a while, he was the most lonely man. Everyone thought he would cry and become depressed. But faced with adversity, he didn’t waste time and energy on self-defeat. Instead, he found a new path and started live streaming to sell products.

Leaving his most familiar industry and entering another field in a short period of time, Yu Minhong once again achieved success in his new field.

Strong people always choose to act their way out of difficulties. If you just keep thinking, even the best ideas won’t work without action. It will only lead to self-defeat, exhausting yourself without achieving success.

Most of the worries in life come from thinking too much and doing too little.

The more you think, the more you’re stuck in self-defeat. Take action, and you’ll have a chance to succeed.

Successful people are doers. Faced with the ups and downs of fate, action is the only way to break through. Faced with worldly opinions, only action can realize those “impractical” dreams.

Human energy is limited. Less self-defeat means more possibilities in life. Adjust your mindset, take bold action, and you’ll meet your best self.

Those who spend their time on self-defeat lose their lives. Those who spend their time on action achieve themselves.

Action is the best medicine for self-defeat. Because action allows you to consciously stop overthinking, unload the burdens on your heart, and move forward easily.

There are challenges in life all the time. But challenges themselves don’t bring pain, the pain comes from the self-defeating struggle.

Self-defeat is self-destruction. You don’t even have to wait for others to take action before you crumble.

Stop self-defeat, if you want something, take action to get it. Stop thinking, stop making excuses, stop fighting against yourself, take a step forward and take action. After all, a good life is earned, not imagined.

Live well, you need to fight against self-defeat.
